Collani Collection

Collani is a collection of upholstered furniture that embodies the unbridled energy of renewal. A combination of voluminous geometric shapes, tactile materials and a fresh, sensual palette create a statement look with a cozy fit.

A recognizable detail of the collection are the enveloping rounded backs located on free-standing armchairs, as well as various modules for creating two and three-seater sofas, for corner and linear arrangements. This element is inspired by a piece of horse harness: collani means “shoulder collar” in Corsican. This ergonomic invention, which replaced the wooden yoke, made the work of draft animals easier. Thanks to the soft filling of horsehair and straw with a leather braid, it adapts to the parameters of the body without restricting breathing.

The laconic identity of the collection is emphasized by a reliable support made of natural wood. It supports the soft parts for constant comfort.‎ Its curved wooden elements, together with the diagonal arrangement of the legs and the artisanal processing of the edges, embody current aesthetic preferences.
