Suprematic lights Kubis

The KUBIS collection is our attempt to form from the position of searching for a new reality. Combining the latest trend of graphic design, art direction, with the basic elements of the visual philosophy of Suprematism of the early 20th century: the quadrilateral, the cross and the circle. We tried to transfer from the two-dimensional plane the characteristic features of the two styles, integrating them into each other, and creating an abstract image in three-dimensional reality. Kazimir Malevich's 1916 painting ‘Suprematist Composition’ was chosen as the representative of Suprematism, thus creating a design as a result of the collaboration of two phenomena 100 years apart. KUBIS is an image devoid of any content, which can neither be filled with meaning nor thrown out of your mind. Year of creation 2016
