We take pride in the quality of our work and provide a 24-month warranty on all our products. Additionally, we are happy to offer advice on product care even after this period. Should any defects arise during use, such as paint peeling, rust on steel, or cracks in wood, we will promptly address and resolve them. However, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use. Please note that slight variations in the shades of fabrics, metal, or wood are not considered defects. Natural wood, as a living and breathing material, may exhibit minor seasonal changes such as shrinkage, slight warping, or panel variations. We value your trust and are always ready to assist you.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy for only in-stock item purchased, provided they are undamaged and show no signs of use. Unfortunately, furniture with scratches, stains, or other damage, as well as custom-made items or those produced according to individual specifications, cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please contact us through any convenient method, and we will gladly assist you. Send the item back within 14 days of your request, and we will refund the purchase price, excluding delivery costs; return shipping expenses are the buyer's responsibility. If your purchase was made through one of our dealers, please contact them directly.
