Warranty

We take responsibility for our work, so we offer a 24 month warranty on all products. We are also ready to advise you on the operation even after the expiry of this period. If defects occur during use, such as peeling paint, rusty steel, broken wood, we will repair them. In case of defects due to improper use, the warranty does not apply. Minor discrepancies in the colour of upholstery fabrics, wood and metal are not considered defects. Wood is a natural and breathable material, therefore slight seasonal drying out of wooden surfaces, slight bends and differences in lamellae are not considered defects.

Return

You can return a product that you have purchased out of stock within 14 days if it is not damaged or shows signs of use. Furniture items with scratches, stains or other damage cannot be returned. Products that are customised or made to your individual requirements cannot be returned. To return an item that you have purchased out of stock, you can contact us by any convenient method. Then send the parcel back within 14 days. We will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and duties. Return shipping and duties are also your responsibility. If you have purchased a Levantin design product from one of our dealers and wish to make a return, please contact the relevant dealer.
