The Aiuola cachepot (from Italian "flowerbed") is an expressive solution for landscaping public spaces. The combination of rounded shapes and a nuanced colour palette has created a decorative planter with a striking personality. The characteristic feature of Aiuola is the smooth curves of the body. For its realisation, the maximum arc radius of a press brake is used. The result is two u-shaped steel sheets, with air perforations on the walls, joined by elegant joints. The bottom of the case is laser-cut, with extra stiffness to avoid sagging. The sturdy tube base is designed all-welded for secure installation and movement.
Place the Aiuola singly, or make your own compositions or decorative hedges to divide the space. This makes it suitable for use in contemporary galleries, museums and entertainment centre lobbies. It is also possible to use the cachepots outdoors in an entrance area or on a terrace. Aiuola is available in two standard heights of 465 and 615 mm. Customised sizes are available on request.
