The TUTTU Denim chair was developed in collaboration with the reconstructed denim clothing brand TOKONIKOMU. Taking into account pressing environmental issues, we have tried to make our humble contribution to a sustainable and ecological future of design trends, in which we can give new life to products and materials, neutralizing their impact on the environment.
TUTTU Denim has a marginal character, with a touch of rebellion that challenges fast fashion. This type broadcasts a dialogue about modern concepts of Sustainability and Slow Fashion. It was created for the modern generation of post-pop people who follow the principles of conscious consumption: they ignore fast fashion and non-eco-friendly materials, and prefer durable, including vintage, things outside of seasonal trends, often made by local artisan workshops. Additionally, by using recycled clothing items for the outer cover of a patchwork chair, it creates a simple yet striking visual effect that is essential for an informal, extravagant setting.
